  • I am a new customer. How do I log in?

    After you have placed your first order, simply follow the instructions on the screen. You will be sent a Username and Password by email, which you can use for any further orders and to manage your account.

  • I am an existing customer. How do I log in?

    If you haven't ordered through our new website, simply place your order and follow the instructions on the screen.You will be sent a Username and Password, which you can use for any further orders and to manage your account.

  • I can't log in. What do I do?

    After 3 incorrect attempts to login, your account will automatically be blocked. Please contact us to unblock your account.

  • I have lost my password. What do I do?

    If you have lost or forgotten your password, please contact us and you will be sent a temporary password by email. Once you have logged in again, you can change this to the password of your choice.

  • Can I collect an order?

    Our new premises in Hoogblokland are currently being renovated, so orders can only be collected by appointment.

    If you live within Gemeente Giessenlanden (Arkel, Giessenburg, Giessen-Oudekerk, Hoogblokland, Hoornaar, Noordeloos and Schelluinen) your order can also be delivered free of charge. All orders over € 50,00 qualify for free delivery within The Netherlands*. See "Delivery" for more details.

  • Is it possible to send an order to an alternative address?

    Yes, simply enter the relevant details on the order form. 

  • In which currency do I have to pay?

    All prices stated are in Euros.

  • Is there a minimum order amount?

    No, but it may be more economical to order in large quantities. Please check the postal rates applicable to your country before ordering.
