Jigsaw Puzzles

A Piece of History

The very first jigsaw puzzle was a map of the world, invented in 1766 by John Spilsbury, an English mapmaker and engraver. Students were taught geography by putting the world maps back together. Cardboard jigsaw puzzles were introduced in the 1800s and have been a popular pastime ever since.

We offer an assorted range of jigsaw puzzles from Britain's leading manufacturers including Gibsons, Cheatwell and BV Leisure.
